CHICAGO — Justin Timberlake's “The Forget Tomorrow World Tour” is still scheduled for Chicago this weekend following his DWI arrest.
The pop star was arrested early Tuesday in a village in New York's Hamptons, after an officer stopped him and determined he was intoxicated, according to a court document.
The 10-time Grammy winner was released without bond after being arraigned in Sag Harbor. He was charged with a driving-while-intoxicated misdemeanor, and his next court date was scheduled for July 26, the Suffolk County district attorney’s office said.
Timberlake and his representatives have not commented.

Despite the charges against Timberlake, his two upcoming concerts at Chicago's United Center on Friday and Saturday remain listed on the arena's website — and tickets are still available via Ticketmaster.
Timberlake also has third show in Chicago on October 27.
The New York Post reports that at the time of his arrest, the pop star said under his breath, "this is going to ruin the tour." The young officer, who did not recognize Timberlake's name or face, responded, "what tour?"
